Lyqento is a staffing partner. We source, screen and present remote professionals to client companies and support the hiring and onboarding process.

This website is an information and enquiry channel. Submitting a hiring request or talent application does not create a placement agreement — engagements are governed by a separate signed service agreement.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use candidate information shared with you for any purpose other than evaluating a hire.

• Describe the role, working hours and expectations accurately so we can shortlist appropriately.
• Treat candidate profiles as confidential and do not circulate them outside your hiring team.
• Comply with applicable employment, equal-opportunity and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
• Pay agreed fees in line with the signed service agreement.

• Represent your experience, skills, availability and right to work truthfully.
• Let us know promptly if your availability or contact details change.
• Keep client information you receive during interviews confidential.

Fees, invoicing schedules, replacement guarantees and cancellation terms are set out in the service agreement signed before an engagement begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote.

The Lyqento name, logo, site design, copy and role directory are owned by Lyqento or its licensors. You may view and share pages for legitimate business purposes, but you may not copy, republish or commercially reuse the content without written permission.

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep information current and the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, or that any enquiry will result in a hire or a placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyqento is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms or change parts of the website at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms.
